We purchased a used blind cleaner in 2006 and always seemed to be making mistakes. We were just about ready to give up on the business when we found your online training site.
After 3-4 calls to your company, we decided to give your on-line training a try. WOW... what a difference it has made to our company. We no longer clean blinds hoping they will come clean. As you say "NO MORE GUESS WORK"... .yea, finally someone who knows the industry. We also learned to Repair blinds, something I never thought would be so easy. We completely redesigned our shop to your way of doing things... you can sure tell the difference when someone just sells equipment vs. someone like yourself who cleans for a living.
The person from whom we purchased our blind cleaner doesn't have a clue compared to you guys. They sure knew how to sell me a blind cleaner though, but that's all they know. If we only knew then what we know now. Thanks for being there and when we need another machine we know who to call.
